GIFT  AID

Until recently the main way of allowing the Church to reclaim Income Tax on offerings has been through the form of Covenants.   Covenants have now been replaced by GIFT AID as the method by which the parish can reclaim income tax.

All those who pay income tax are invited to sign a single Gift Aid declaration.  It replaces covenants and enables the parish to reclaim the tax on all contributions to the Church including offerings for special collections, SCIAF, the Missions, etc.

The only conditions are that you pay income tax and that your offerings and contributions can be identified as being given by you.   You may use a Bankers order,  personal Cheques or offertory envelope.

  Thank you for all your  offerings to the Church and special thanks to those who allow us to reclaim the income tax.
